I enjoy school and I like reading and playing with my friends. My father works in the fields and my mother looks after our home. They both try very hard, and sometimes I can see worry on their faces even when they stay quiet.
I like to imagine myself in a police uniform, helping people who are scared and making sure they feel safe. That is the picture I see in my mind when I think about the future.
There are days when school asks for books or other things and I have to wait because it is difficult for my family. When someone at home feels unwell, we hope it passes quickly because it is not always simple to see a doctor. Some nights I go to sleep hoping that tomorrow will be better.
If someone sponsors me, it will help with many parts of my life. It will help me have food that gives me strength, a safe home where I can rest, care when I am sick, and what I need to keep learning in school. It would make me feel that my dream of becoming a police officer is not far away.
