Sometimes I feel sad and different from other children because I do not have my mother or father anymore. They both died, and now I live with a caregiver who also looks after his own children. He tries very hard, but there are many of us, and life is not easy. Our house is small, and sometimes there are more people than space. I try not to complain because I know everyone is doing their best.

I like singing because it makes me feel lighter inside. When I sing, I forget for a moment about the things we do not have. I also like playing with other children. Some days I feel happy, and some days I miss my parents very much.

School is important to me, but it is not always easy to keep up. There are uniforms and books and papers that are needed, and many times we cannot get them. When I feel sick, we wait and hope it passes because getting help is difficult. There are days when food is not enough, and nights when our shelter does not feel strong or safe. Even so, I try to keep going and do well in my class.

If someone supports me, it would help in many ways. It would mean having food that helps me grow strong, a safe place to sleep, care when I am not feeling well, and what I need to continue learning in school. It would give me hope that even though I am an orphan, my life still matters and my future can be brighter. It would help me believe that I am not forgotten and that someone sees me and wants to help me grow.
