Age 15
I live in a crowded home with my father and six siblings. My mother passed away, and since then my father has been raising all of us on his own. He is physically challenged, but he still tries to care for us the best way he can.
We have many needs and some days the biggest concern is food. Other days it is clothing, school fees, or other challenges. Walking long distances to school can be tiring, especially when I do not have proper shoes or supplies.
I love singing and reading. As I grow older, I understand more about our situation, and I worry about how my father manages everything with so little help.
If someone chooses to support me, it would bring relief to my family in many ways. It would help make sure we have food to eat, a safer place to live, medical care, and the clothing/shoes and school materials I need to stay in class. I want to continue learning and build a future that honors my family’s sacrifices.
